Strength & Conditioning Coach | Head Coach & GM | Athletic Performance Specialist - With over 10 years of experience coaching athletes from youth to adults, Greg Khanzadian brings deep expertise, high energy, and a strong leadership presence to every class. Starting at Urban Life Athletics as an assistant coach and trainer, Greg quickly rose to become Head Coach and General Manager, a role in which he continues to inspire athletes of all levels. Greg has also served as a Head Strength Coach for local high school programs, designing sport-specific strength and conditioning programs that boost performance, endurance, and injury prevention. His work with youth teams has helped lay the foundation for countless athletes through teamwork, discipline, and confidence-building. “One of the most fulfilling aspects of coaching is homing in on an athlete’s technique and helping them unlock new personal bests. Watching them accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach is what drives me.” Greg specializes in strength development, benchmark WODs, and high-intensity training, with a strong emphasis on proper form and injury prevention. Whether he’s coaching sport-specific drills or guiding a class through a tough lift, Greg brings his signature energy and enthusiasm every step of the way. Having trained under some of the most proficient coaches in the game, Corin took those lessons and transformed them into a coaching style that’s inclusive, high-energy, and deeply focused on both mental and physical health. Whether leading a packed class or coaching one-on-one, Corin’s sessions are filled with sweat, support, and a sense of purpose. He specializes in CrossFit, HIIT, group training, and personal coaching — always focused on building a strong foundation while keeping things fun and motivating. “At the end of the day, it’s about making your life better. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Group & Strength Instructor, Joey is equipped to train individuals at all fitness levels — whether in a one-on-one setting or a high-energy group class. What truly sets Joey apart is his personal weight loss journey, which fuels his unique and compassionate coaching style. He understands firsthand the emotional and physical challenges that come with transformation and uses that insight to connect deeply with each athlete. “Building strong relationships with athletes is essential for their overall development and performance. Understanding their personality, goals, and struggles allows me to guide them with intention and heart.” Specializing in strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Joey’s coaching combines effective, science-based programming with genuine support and motivation. Her coaching journey began on the field and court, but has evolved into a deep love for group fitness and conditioning workouts that challenge both the body and the mind. Whether it’s a solo grind or a team-based WOD, Shannon thrives on watching people dig deep and grow stronger every day. “People have to buy in. Once you build someone’s self-confidence, they become unstoppable. That starts by genuinely connecting with each person and understanding how to help them thrive.” Shannon specializes in HIIT, conditioning, and team-based training, with a coaching style rooted in encouragement, support, and a strong belief in every athlete’s potential.
